By purchasing and downloading any of our digital files, you agree to the following Terms of Use. These terms protect our original artwork and allow you to create with confidence. Please read them carefully.

 

✅ Permitted Uses – Print Use Only

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our digital designs for print use only. This means:

 

Personal Use: You may print the files and use them in your own handmade projects, including (but not limited to):

• Junk journals, scrapbooks, folios, planners, cards, tags, and other paper crafts

• Gifts for friends and family

 

Small Business / Commercial Use: You may print the files and create up to 500 physical, handmade items for sale in your small business (craft fairs, markets, Etsy shop, or your own website).

 

All approved uses must result in physical, handmade products only. You are welcome to trim, collage, embellish, and modify the printed elements as part of your creative process.

 

Important: We do not currently offer an extended or unlimited commercial license. If you need more than 500 units, please contact us before proceeding.

 

 

❌ Strictly Prohibited

To protect our artwork and your license, the following is not allowed under any circumstances:

 

Printed Items May Not Be Shared. Printing these designs is for your personal use or your small business sales only. You may not print the files and then share, give away, distribute, or hand out the physical prints to others — even for free. YOU MAY NOT JUST PRINT THE PAGES AND SELL THEM AS IS

 

• You may not share, redistribute, or transfer the digital files. This includes emailing, uploading, sharing via cloud storage, social media, messaging apps, or any other method — even for free and even with friends or family. The digital files are for your eyes and printer only.

• No digital resale or new digital products. You may not use our designs (whole or in part) to create new digital items for sale or free download, such as clipart packs, collage sheets, digital kits, templates, or any other downloadable product — even if heavily modified.

• No print-on-demand or third-party services. Uploading our files to Zazzle, Redbubble, Society6, Spoonflower, Amazon Merch, Printful, or any other print-on-demand, manufacturing, or fulfillment platform is strictly forbidden.

• No mass production: Producing more than 500 physical items without prior written permission from Rustic Wild Rose Co. is not allowed.

• No AI training, NFTs, or commercial licensing. You may not upload our designs to any AI generator, training dataset, NFT platform, or use them for any other commercial digital purpose.

 

Intellectual Property

All designs remain the copyright property of Rustic Wild Rose Co. Your purchase gives you a license to use the files as described above — it does not transfer ownership or copyright.
