All approved uses must involve physical products you create by hand using the printed files.

• Mass Production or Manufacturing
Production exceeding 500 physical units is not permitted under the standard license. If you anticipate larger quantities, please contact us for guidance before proceeding.

• Print-on-Demand or Third-Party Uploads
Uploading these designs to any print-on-demand, manufacturing, or third-party fulfillment platforms (including Zazzle, Redbubble, Society6, Spoonflower, Amazon Merch, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

• Creation of New Digital Products
You may not use these files — in part or whole — to create new digital products for resale, such as digital kits, clipart sets, collage sheets, or downloadable templates, even if modified or layered with other artwork.

• AI Training, Licensing, or NFT Use
These designs may not be uploaded to AI generators, training datasets, or NFT platforms.

SMALL BUSINESS / COMMERCIAL USE

You may use the printed designs to create and sell up to 500 finished, handmade physical items.

Finished items may be sold through:

• In-person or direct customer sales

The 500-item limit applies to the total number of finished physical products created using the purchased digital product.

ALLOWED: Finished junk journals, albums, scrapbooks, cards, and similar pieces that include the printables as part of the project.

You may share and post photos of your finished physical project on any platform.

NOT ALLOWED: Selling printed sheets loose or as a reprint of the download. Sharing raw files, full, uncut pages, or the download link.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED

To protect our artwork and your license, the following is not allowed under any circumstances

You may NOT claim the designs as your own.

You may NOT under any circumstances share the download link with anyone.

IMPORTANT

•You may NOT sell the printed pages as-is.

Files must be incorporated into a new, finished handmade physical item if you plan to sell them.

DISTRIBUTION OF PRINTED DESIGNS

•Printed sheets may NOT be shared, given away, distributed, or sold in their original or near-original form.

SHARING OR TRANSFERRING DIGITAL FILES

•Digital files must remain in your possession only. You may NOT redistribute, share, or transfer files in any format—including email, cloud storage, file-sharing platforms, social media, or messaging apps, whether for free or for profit.

CREATION OF NEW DIGITAL PRODUCTS

•You may NOT use these designs to create new digital products or any other printable, even if altered or combined with other elements

PRINT-ON-DEMAND OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

•You may NOT use these files with print-on-demand platforms or third-party manufacturing services

EXCEEDING PRODUCTION LIMITS

•You may NOT produce more than 500 physical items without prior written permission from Rustic Wild Rose Co.

AI, NFTS, AND DIGITAL LICENSING USE

•You may NOT use these designs in AI generators, training datasets, NFTs, or any form of digital licensing, resale, or redistribution.

 All artwork and digital designs remain the copyrighted property of Rustic Wild Rose Co.

Your purchase grants you a limited license to use the files according to the terms outlined in this agreement. Purchasing or downloading the files does not transfer copyright, ownership, or exclusive rights to you.

If these license terms are violated, your permission to use the designs will be immediately revoked. You must discontinue all use of the designs and permanently delete every digital copy in your possession.
